PAYMENT OPTIONS

STANDARD PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods at all of our clinics:
- EFTPOS
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cash
- Direct bank transfer (available for some services - please check with your clinic)
- On-farm payments via Tyro mobile app - our farm animal and equine vets can securely process card payments on your property at the time of your visit
Payment is normally required in full at the time of consultation or at discharge for hospitalised patients.

SENIORS DISCOUNT
As part of our commitment to the community, we’re pleased to offer a seniors discount.
- Available to Victorian Seniors Card holders
- Applies to consultations and selected services
- Please show your Seniors Card at reception when you attend

VETPAY
VetPay is a dedicated veterinary finance option that helps spread the cost of care into more manageable payments.
- Apply online or in-clinic with fast approval

AFTERPAY
We accept Afterpay for eligible services and products.
- Split your bill into four equal fortnightly payments
- No interest when paid on time
- Quick and easy through the Afterpay app
- Great for routine visits and smaller procedures

GAPONLY® PET INSURANCE
If your pet is insured, GapOnly® makes claiming simpler and more affordable.
- We process your insurance claim on the spot at participating clinics
- You simply pay the gap (the difference between the invoice and the insurer’s contribution)
- Most claims are processed in just a few minutes
- Available with a wide range of major pet insurers

You pay the gap and head home.
Not all insurers or procedures are eligible — check with our team before your appointment.

HOSPITAL ADMISSIONS AND DEPOSITS
For all hospital admissions, equine or companion animal, a deposit is required at the time of admission.
- New clients are required to make full payment based on an estimate for the procedure and/or treatment required at the time of hospitalisation or admission. Any outstanding amount is to be paid on discharge of the animal
- For existing clients, a deposit will be taken on admission, with the balance due at discharge
- Flexible payment options such as VetPay, Afterpay, or GapOnly® may still apply if arranged in advance
This policy helps us ensure that treatment can begin without delay and provides transparency about costs from the start.
