Senior Veterinarian - Advanced Surgical Focus

We are seeking a general practice veterinarian with confident surgical skills to join our progressive and well-established team.
Our clinics form part of a successful network of eight practices across South Gippsland and Bass Coast. Our directors are actively involved in the day to day clinical work, fostering a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This role is ideally suited to a confident and capable surgeon who is looking to take the next step in their career, with the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and further developing our surgical services across the group.
You will work alongside a supportive and collaborative team, with the autonomy to manage complex cases and contribute to clinical leadership.
